Due to precautionary and safety measures we will be requiring all customers to notify our facility by phone when picking up orders. We ask that you give our facilities 1-2 hours preparation before your arrival. This will ensure that orders are strategically placed in designated areas at our facilities. In the meantime we are currently working on an automated system to select scheduled pick-up times via phone / desktop.
If you are a COD customer we require that you pay pending invoices by logging in to your online account prior to picking up your order. You may also call our customer service representatives to e-mail you our QuickPay feature to pay individual invoices. Both our online and QuickPay features can easily be accessed through mobile devices.
